Over the last two decades in the construction industry, Andrew has built a solid reputation with clients, consultants and contractors for his honesty, fairness and collaborative nature. These established relationships ensure that each project is accurately resourced to exceed the expectations of key stakeholders.

Joining Bridge42 as NSW State Manager, Andrew is responsible for operational oversight and team management. Prior to this engagement, he had joint responsibility as co-owner for a boutique project and property consultancy providing services spanning across Sydney and Melbourne where he developed and supported a cross-functional culture of continuous improvement.

A confident team leader with comprehensive staff supervisory skills, Andrew has a keen ability to recognise an individual’s capabilities. He harnesses and enhances each team member’s skillsets by providing continuous support and measured advice.

Andrew’s current hobbies include anything outdoors with his family and attending to the family’s rural property.
