Lorraine brings more than 15 years’ international experience in project management and consultancy services for construction, engineering and manufacturing projects.
She has successfully delivered multidisciplinary projects through their full lifecycle from project definition, design, approvals, procurement and construction to delivery and handover.
Lorraine is practised in working alongside technical, construction and financial teams to develop strategies, schedules, budgets and risk assessments. She has a strong understanding of project governance and controls and is adept at contract administration.
Having lived in eight cities in Asia, Europe, Russia, South America and Australia, Lorraine has a strong cultural awareness which she applies favourably in business negotiations and stakeholder engagement.
Lorraine recently completed an MBA to further her competencies in leadership, organisational transformation and business administration.
At Bridge42, Lorraine’s portfolio includes state-significant urban development projects, as well as new-build and refurbishment projects in the retirement and aged care sector.
She currently leads Bridge42’s corporate function for Safety, Health and Environment activities as national Committee Chair.
