Simona is responsible for leading the company’s recruitment and retention activities, as well as maintaining our ISO-accredited quality management systems. She is also involved in IT administration and supporting a range of other corporate functions.
Simona is a focussed, dedicated team player whose attention to detail, hard work and willingness to take on a challenge has seen her work across several different roles in her career. She has gained a multitude of experiences in many areas of business, including HR, Quality, Governance, Management and Accounts.
From owning her own businesses to working as a C-suite Executive Assistant, a Governance and Quality Manager, a Company Secretary, and a PMO team member for local and international companies, Simona has gained a raft of knowledge and been equipped with the essential skills to problem solve, prioritise and organise a busy and demanding schedule. Combining these roles and experiences with continual further education has further enhanced her capabilities.
She prides herself on her ability to look outside the square to effectively analyse, facilitate solutions and streamline to gain the best out of a situation and assist all parties.
