As a dedicated professional, she takes personal care to achieve what’s best for every project to make the right difference. Her client-focussed approach and ability to navigate complex environments, complemented by decades of experience and industry insight, enables her to deliver exceptional outcomes across all project deliverables.
Tracy’s strong placemaking, communications and stakeholder relations, change management and leadership skills are always at the forefront as she effectively leads, manages and builds team synergies to drive project outcomes. She brings rigour through developing bespoke project structures and processes, and de-risks by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
An active team member and contributor since 2012, Tracy is currently the appointed champion for the company’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). She is committed to realising Bridge42’s vision for reconciliation by working with colleagues and industry partners to promote greater awareness of, and support for, our RAP and associated activities.
Tracy is also building industry capability and leaving a legacy for future generations through her committee roles with the Property Council of Australia and the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).
