Bridge42 Appointed to 2023/24 Property Council Committees

Three Bridge42 team members from the national consulting firm’s Melbourne and Perth offices have been selected – from a total of 3,883 nominations across Australia – to serve on the Property Council of Australia’s 2023/24 industry committees.

Over a two-year term, committee members will be tasked with shaping the property industry’s future through policy and advocacy, events, research, professional development and awards programs.

Congratulations to the following team members on their successful appointments.

 

  • Simon Lee, Development Director (VIC)
    ACADEMY: Property Development Committee
    This Committee provides oversight of the Property Development course content, strategic course development, assessment strategies, and coordination of presenters and other specialist staff.
  • Tracy Mackay, Project Director (WA)
    Cities and Emerging Precincts Committee
    Tracy has been re-appointed after serving out the 2021/22 term. This Committee combines expertise across a range of property sectors and disciplines to identify the policy, economic and sustainability needs for better localised development of key precincts across Perth, with a focus on the Perth CBD. The Committee will also consider the role of transport-orientated development and strategic planning tools in delivering cities and precincts.
  • Chui Lin Chong, National Marketing Manager (WA)
    Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee
    Chui Lin has been re-appointed after serving out the 2021/22 term. This Committee aims to build diversity and inclusion across the property industry through identifying, driving and supporting specific thought leadership, event, learning and networking initiatives. The Committee also champions and informs the diversity and inclusion event program.

Bridge42’s representatives are very much looking forward to working alongside the Property Council and industry colleagues, sharing their passion and expertise to play a role in improving the liveability, productivity and amenity of our cities.
