About This Project

The unique 8 Parker luxury apartment development on the South Perth foreshore offers uninterrupted views of the Swan River and city skyline.

A collective vision borne from the owners of an ageing complex, the original 11 low-level townhouses on the site have been reimagined into stunning apartments and achieved a huge uplift in value to the site.

The 15-floor, mid-rise development consists of two towers comprising 26 residential dwellings and basement parking. A key differentiator is the ability for apartment owners to customise their respective dwellings.

Due to its innovative design and high-end market features, 8 Parker was the first project to obtain development approval from the Western Australian State Government’s new State Development Assessment Unit (SDAU). The SDAU initiative is designed to stimulate development and take pressure off local authorities, affording developers an alternative approval route to submitting directly to local councils.

The development achieved 100% in pre-sales before contractor tendering.
