About This Project

Bridge42 was engaged as Project Manager and Superintendent for the fit out of new office accommodation for the CSIRO’s Health and Biosecurity business unit. Providing fit-for-purpose accommodation for the Australian e-Health Research Centre (AEHRC) within the newly constructed Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Services (STARS) building as part of the Herston Quarter Development.

[AEHRC is an unincorporated joint venture between the Queensland Government and CSIRO e-Health Research Program who are a leading national research facility in ICT for healthcare innovations.]

Our Involvement

Through exceptional stakeholder management Bridge42 was able to collaborate with CSIRO to deliver 1,686m2 of architecturally designed fit-out space on the upper level of the west-wing of the STARS Building. This is situated within Stage 1 of the new Herston Quarter $1.1 billion redevelopment.

Collaboration with design and consultant teams fostered an ability to deliver state-of-the-art COVID safe office accommodation that will enable worldwide collaboration, development, and demonstrations of futuristic ICT healthcare systems.

Bridge42 was able to support and deliver a portion of AEHRC, which is Australia’s largest digital health research program and enhances the digital transformation of healthcare around Australia.
