About This Project

DPIRD serves an integral role in the research, promotion and development of Western Australia’s primary industries while protecting the State’s biosecurity.

Bridge42 led and facilitated various critical streams of work, including preparing a business case and securing funding for project definition and interim accommodation, to address an ongoing asset failure at their headquarters in Kensington.

Closely aligning with many State and DPIRD strategic objectives and priorities, the delivery of a new urban facility will release the existing site to realise the value of a 20ha prime urban infill opportunity, create 150,000 new jobs, and return a net benefit of $25.09b in economic output.
