About This Project

This flagship hospital of 783 beds incorporated the most sophisticated building and operational systems of the day. The hospital is thought of by many industry experts as a great achievement in delivered health services in Perth.

Bridge42 fulfilled several roles as state representatives in controlling the quality of delivery of this technically challenging complex.

We managed the Engineering Review Team responsible for coordinating the provision of technical advice on building engineering and services matters during the design development and documentation phase.

We also managed the Clerk of Works Team monitoring the quality of construction and assisting in resolving construction issues.

As Engineering Project Manager, we assisted the State Government in monitoring installation and commissioning of services and resolving construction issues.

Additionally, we were Project Manager for the State Government responsible for roads, decked car parks and landscaping.
