About This Project

The new six-storey Sylvia Perry Wing development has expanded Hollywood Private Hospital’s capacity to more than 900 licensed beds, making it the largest hospital in Western Australia and the largest private hospital in Australia.

The new building features an emergency department (ED) on the lower ground floor, one level of specialist tenancy spaces, three new wards on separate levels and each with a 30-bed capacity, and three individual plant rooms on the top level.

The second private ED in the State and the first located north of the Swan River, it comprises 13 patient bays plus isolation room, a triage assessment room, a resuscitation room, and a spacious waiting lounge area.

The facility was opened to both private and public patients in November 2021.
