Unlocking opportunity to realise the largest, most profitable project in SJGHC’s history

About This Project

Entering a major expansion phase to elevate its service offering and patient experience, St John of God Subiaco is the flagship hospital for St John of God Health Care (SJGHC), one of Australia’s largest private hospital operators.

The centrepiece of the redevelopment is an eight-storey, 260-bed clinical block comprising private 24/7 Emergency Department, dedicated pandemic ward, additional theatres, and a Mother and Baby Centre including a new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Patients can expect a hotel-style hospital experience which includes à la carte room service.

The project also includes the design of a multistorey medical suite, research and education facility to realise SJGHC’s vision to be at the forefront of medical research, attracting the brightest minds and, in turn, enabling the very best patient care.
