Bridge42 is proud to partner with DevelopmentWA to deliver approximately 1,000 new affordable and social rental homes in Perth, Western Australia.
These homes aim to support individuals who have faced housing challenges or have been priced out of the private rental market.
In collaboration with EMCO Building and WT (Australia), we will develop six of the 14 build-to-rent projects, including Woodbridge, Rivervale, Redcliffe, Cannington, Malaga, and Midland.
This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to make a meaningful impact in addressing the housing crisis.
