Stockland’s development team appointed Bridge42 to manage the delivery of the high-quality, thoughtfully designed Busy Bees early learning and childcare centre located in the heart of Amberton Beach in Eglington, Western Australia, to meet the demands of its growing community.
The project comprised a 3,000sqm single-storey childcare centre with a licensed capacity to provide 104 enrolled places for children aged from six weeks to five years.
The design elements and material palette took inspiration from, and is sympathetic to, the history of Amberton and its natural coastal surroundings. The playgrounds are beautifully crafted to encompass areas of curiosity and discovery. Parking for 32 cars is available on site.
The centre achieved practical completion and officially opened in February 2022.
