About This Project

Located in the heart of Perth City’s shopping district, Raine Square is a mixed-use asset originally developed in 2012. Totalling in excess of 60,000sqm, it features the 22-storey Bankwest tower with 43,500sqm of office space and two levels of basement parking, and a separate three-storey, 18,000sqm retail and hospitality complex.

Raine Square uniquely fuses premium retail, dining, entertainment and commercial tenants – in a contemporary setting integrated seamlessly with heritage buildings dating back to the 1800s and early 1900s – to deliver a lively and connected precinct with direct access to the Perth Underground train station.

As part of Raine Square’s continual reinvention and refinement of its offering to attract A-grade and new high-end fashion tenants, a major redevelopment project commenced in 2016 as part of a repositioning strategy to evolve into a premium retail and hospitality destination.
