About This Project

Bordered by Queen, Murray, William and Wellington streets, Raine Square is located in the heart of Perth City’s shopping district. Totalling in excess of 60,000sqm, the mixed-use development features the iconic 23-storey Bankwest tower with 43,000sqm of office space, and an 18,000sqm retail precinct over 4 floors.

Raine Square uniquely fuses retail, dining, entertainment and commercial tenants – in a contemporary setting integrated seamlessly with heritage buildings – to deliver a fully integrated, lively and connected precinct with direct access to the Perth Underground train station and 4 levels of basement parking.
