Bridge42 served as Project Manager and Superintendent across the full expansion, managing a highly complex delivery environment that remained live and operational throughout construction. Every decision had to account for active clinical services, patient and staff safety, and a broad project team spanning client, government, clinical, and operational stakeholders.
The project faced the additional challenge of COVID-19 hitting mid-delivery, adding further pressure to an already complex construction market. A project culture built on trust, transparency, and a consistent best-for-project focus was central to navigating these challenges and delivering the outcome.
The completed facilities are now open and serving the Western Australian community, representing a significant expansion of healthcare capacity for the region.
