About This Project

The multi-million-dollar upgrade of Moorabbin Oval at RSEA Park in south-east Melbourne has elevated the quality of the historic ground to meet current and future needs of the St Kilda Football Club’s elite training and community hub.

The upgrade is an important investment in the key asset of the revitalised RSEA Park, which has been recently transformed with a state-of-the-art training and administration facility, and now hosts training and matches for AFL, AFLW, talent pathways and community football.

Made possible with support of the Federal Government, Victorian Government, Kingston City Council and the AFL, the oval redevelopment included an overhaul of the ground’s current turf, drainage and irrigation system, and footpaths.
