About This Project

Catalysed by the announcement of the NSW State Government’s Sydney Metro West line and new Metro Station, the GPT Group’s (GPT) 5.1ha long-term leasehold within Sydney Olympic Park’s Central Precinct is poised for a major mixed-use transformation.

Initiated in close collaboration with the Sydney Olympic Park Authority and Sydney Metro, the precinct-style redevelopment will see the staged delivery of in excess of 200,000m2 of retail, commercial, retail and community use across a truly mixed-use precinct, founded on the delivery of a new Metro Station within Sydney Olympic Park.

The success of the redevelopment will ultimately be founded upon the ability to leverage collective capability through the collaboration between the private market (GPT and other developers) and the public sector (Sydney Olympic Park Authority and Sydney Metro), and its ability to realise transformative outcomes from a traditionally events-based locality into a mixed-use 18/7 precinct.

  • 200,000+

    m2 of gross floor area

  • 10+

million people will visit Sydney Olympic Park each year (estimate)
