Last month, inspiring property leaders gathered in Yallingup for the 2026 WA Property Leaders Summit.

At the close of each summit, the Property Council of WA takes the pulse of the room, identifying the key issues shaping the WA property market for the year ahead.

This year, the conversation centred on the industry’s most pressing challenges — the housing crisis, escalating construction costs, and the need to work together with resilience to achieve real progress.

Our highlight? Listening to Jim Litis, co-founder of Primewest, sharing his story of building one of WA’s most recognised property businesses from the ground up and the hard-won lessons he learnt along the way.
