The Ramsay Private Joondalup Health Campus redevelopment is complete!

Bridge42 served as Project Manager and Superintendent across the $166M expansion, delivering new and expanded healthcare services to Perth’s north metro community.

The delivery environment was live and operational throughout.

Every decision had to account for active clinical services, patient and staff safety, and a broad project team spanning client, government, clinical, and operational stakeholders.

COVID hit mid-delivery and added further pressure to an already complex construction market. But a project culture of trust, transparency, and a consistent best-for-project focus got it across the line.

We’re proud to see the new facilities open and serving the WA community.
