About This Project

Australia’s leading construction, property and finance company, ABN Group, consolidated their 20 business entities across 6 local buildings into a new 6-storey purpose-built home in Leederville, Western Australia. This headquarters is now home to more than 900 employees. Bridge42 was engaged to project manage the integrated fitout of circa 1,000sqm of ground floor retail showroom and 7,000sqm of premium office space across 5 floors. We procured and managed the consultant team on behalf of the client and oversaw design through to delivery.

Our Involvement

Responding to COVID-19, we led the development of an adapted design outcome that accommodated ABN’s adjusted workplace strategy.

Achieved a 35% saving on the $1.6m lighting package, through rationalised procurement that reduced product variety and maximised supply chain efficiencies.

Developed a comprehensive relocation strategy for the 20 ABN Group businesses and its team of 900 staff that enabled full migration within two days of PC.
