About This Project

Located in the heart of the 15ha SwanCare Bentley Park village, the multi-award-winning new Leisure Precinct has transformed the place where more than 1,000 residents call home.

Driven by the ideas of community, activity and sustainability, the 8,400sqm Precinct creates a central hub offering a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces and amenities for residents to enjoy. The communal facilities include a leisure centre, cultural centre, multi-storey carpark, residencies, administrative spaces and landscaping.

The two-storey leisure centre incorporates a library, gymnasium, indoor heated swimming pool, fitness centre, wellness hub, club room and resident lounge, and multi-functional rooms.

Outdoor features include a min golf course, tactile and sensory garden, exercise park and a new bowling green.
