About This Project

Considered one of the finest modern landmark office towers in Australia, and as the tallest building in Western Australia at 51 storeys, Central Park continues its lead into the 21st century as Perth’s premier corporate headquarters.

The multi-million-dollar investment into the ground floor lobby upgrade has strengthened its position as market leader for A-grade offices and facilities.

The major refurbishment involved a significant transformation of the entire lobby and forecourt to create a premium hub for work-life balance.

It features redesigned entrance strategies and new façades, dedicated business lounges and meeting pods, a new building management office, the 50-seat Hemingway Café, and revitalised external forecourt areas.
