Bridge42 has partnered with DevelopmentWA to deliver approximately 1,000 new affordable and social rental apartment homes across Perth, Western Australia. The homes represent a once-in-a-generation opportunity to make a meaningful impact in addressing the housing crisis.
In collaboration with EMCO Building and WT (Australia), Bridge42 is delivering six of the fourteen build-to-rent projects across the sites of Woodbridge, Rivervale, Redcliffe, Cannington, Malaga, and Midland. All sites are located close to high-frequency public transport, with several adjacent to new METRONET stations, ensuring strong connectivity for future residents.
The program is funded through the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) and is guided by a commitment to cost-effective delivery without compromising quality. A strong focus on liveability and sustainability underpins the design approach, with shared spaces, community gardens, and design features that promote connection, wellbeing, and pride in place.
