Nick is a passionate member of the Bridge42 team who joined in 2010.
Nick has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction and development industries across a broad spectrum of projects, including previous roles in London and New York. He brings considerable leadership capability, strategic thinking and technical expertise to every project. His diverse experience includes large-scale, mixed-use and urban redevelopment projects, and high-end luxury residential refurbishment, through to office fitout and regional land development.
Highly proficient at managing complex projects through the full lifecycle, from due diligence and pre-planning to construction completion and client handover, Nick adopts a proactive approach and has proven himself in leading large consultant and contractor teams. He combines a detailed understanding of project management and contract administration with a background in civil engineering, bringing well-developed attention to detail to the planning, design and construction processes to achieve transformative outcomes.
Nick has an enviable record in leading highly successful projects. He was the recipient of both the Western Australian and National ‘Senior Project Professional of the Year’ awards from the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) in 2020. In that same year, Nick’s $100m Forrest Chase Redevelopment project was the Western Australian winner in the Construction/Engineering category.
